My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the lack of sufficient towels and washcloths was disappointing. Although the service was friendly, some staff members seemed untrained. The location was convenient with good views, but the property needed updating. The dining experience was average with limited options. Overall, there were ups and downs during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate, just minutes from downtown Pendleton with plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooms overlook empty and deserted pool and hot tub areas, with a view of farm fields. The service is lacking in personality, but they do offer a free airport shuttle. The location is freeway adjacent, making it easy to access, but the surroundings are not well-kept. The dining experience is limited with no breakfast options offered, and the facilities are below expectations.
